The municipality also plans to connect the facility to the local public water and sewer system. The acquisition-related closing cost is set at $ 250,000.

South Middleton plans to use $ 500,000 in city funding under the American Rescue Plan Act 2021 to partially fund the cost of the proposed hangar / terminal construction, a presentation at Thursday’s supervisor meeting.
